How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. You can either place an order by creating an account or simply select the item and quantity you’d like and checkout as a guest. We recommend you create an account to track your order history. If you have any further questions, please email hello@loomandthings.com
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we infact only produce limited sizes and pieces at a time to prevent over production and wastage. We love doing custom orders. The process is simple;
(a) Identify the jacket style and size you like.
(b) Choose from the fabrics available.
(c) Place the order with us.
(d) Wait 3-4 weeks for your custom made jacket to be delivered to you.
Please note that fabric colours may appear different on devices and this should be considered while placing the order.
How do I know that the items I am purchasing are sustainable?
All the products we create are slow made following a conscious production process from start to finish. We travel far and wide to remote Indian villages to discover and preserve crafts and cultures that are almost lost for lack of markets for them. We only work with handmade fabrics or upcycled vintage handcrafted fabrics using techniques like embroidery to create pieces of art.
Can I return items and get refunds?
Returns and refunds are definitely possible but please keep in mind that are all pieces are either one of a kind or limited stock so we are unable to meet the standards of a fast fashion retailer when it comes to returns. However, your experience is our utmost priority and we will accommodate your requests to the best of our ability. Please read the details of our return policy to find out more.
Am I liable to pay any taxes & duties?
UK orders : No additional duties and taxes
India orders: No additional duties and taxes. Please email us directly or DM us on instagram to place orders.
Rest of the World: You maybe liable to pay import duties and taxes if you are ordering from outside the UK or for certain products that are shipped directly from brands. We highly recommend you read our Shipping Policy carefully.
